Meet The Team

Carlos Rodezno 

Carlos Rodezno Jr has been a lifelong native in Monterey County. He has been happily married for 25 years and has 3 wonderful children (Karina, Carlos III, & Samantha). Carlos has always had a passion for helping people since he was a child. When the opportunity to become a real estate agent presented itself, he seized it. Prior to real estate, for 10 years he ran a very successful financial services brokerage firm. In his financial services business, he has helped over 1,500 clients properly protect their family and assets. His mom (Yolanda) recently passed away on 2022 and passed on a very successful tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll business (Yolanda's Tax & Financial Services, LLC) to him and his wife with over 1,000 loyal clients that their office helps annually. Prior to becoming a licensed financial services broker and realtor, he worked for the Monterey County Office of Education. Having a passion in education, he transitioned to teaching financial literacy in the insurance and retirement industry.

 

Speaking of himself: "My passion is helping others accomplish their goals and dreams. I am a great choice because I am honest, loyal, trustworthy, and most importantly, I care! I take pride in what I do, especially when it comes to representing someone else's interests. I value my character more than anything. Monica Rodezno 

Monica Rodezno is a tax planner, bookkeeper/accountant, provides payroll services, and is the  Co-Owner of Yolanda's Tax & Financial Services, LLC, a multi services agency that is passionate in helping people in Salinas, Ca. Monica has been happily married for over 25 year and has 3 wonderful children (Karina, Carlos III, Samantha). Monica currently holds her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Prior to being a tax planner, Monica held a position in Ag for over 19 years as their Financial Analyst. 

 

What Monica found was that other companies were taking advantage of the individuals and small businesses they were serving. It amazed her the prices they were charging for simple tax returns, and bookkeeping services and she felt that she needed to do something to help people who couldn't afford those big name companies.

Her intentions are to serve the person/small business who just wants affordable bookkeeping service and/or tax preparation. She welcomes small businesses, just starting up in need of outside bookkeeping services or any small business who has found themselves growing and unable to keep up with the paperwork. Whether you are in need of full charge bookkeeping services, tax preparation, payroll services or preparation of 1099's or W-2's for your business, she is at your service.

Her tax preparation expertise specializes in individual tax preparation and small businesses tax planning. Her passion to help people shows when clients meet with her face to face, via zoom, or telephone. She serves clients throughout the entire US.

Karla Ladino 

Karla Ladino has a been a long time resident of Salinas CA. She is married and with 3 beautiful daughters. Karla is bilingual fluent is Spanish and English. She holds a Bachelor Degree in sociology and Multiple Associates Degrees from Human Services to Psychology. Karla has successfully operated and maintained a large business corporation. She is passionate about the work she does and is eager to assist many more businesses and corporations in all business aspects. Karla provides multiple services, Notary Public, Wedding Officiant Services, Bookkeeping, Tax Preparer, Payroll Services, and business start ups.

Elizabeth Crystal Garcia 

Elizabeth Crystal Garcia is married and a mother of 2 beautiful little girls. Crystal has 18 years of experience in the medical field. She has made it her mission in life to help others prosper. Crystal is a seasoned  life insurance agent, tax Preparer and notary. Her ultimate goal is to help all her client succeed in safeguarding their assets and reaching financial stability with tax strategies.
